Cookie Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026 · This page applies to viamercader.com, operated by Nana lab s.r.l..

This policy explains which cookies viamercader.com uses, what each category is for, who sets them and how you can refuse or remove them.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. On the next visit the browser sends it back, so the site can recognise the browser. Similar technologies – pixels, web beacons, local storage – do the same job and are covered by the same rules and by this policy.

2. What we use on this website

The information pages of this website – the home page, About Us, Contact and the policy pages – use only technical cookies. They do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

Our product and campaign pages, which you normally reach from an advertisement, also load a measurement tag from Google, so that we can tell which advertisement produced an order. That tag reads the click identifier in the address of the page and may set cookies on the domains viamercader.com, google.com and doubleclick.net.

Measurement and advertisingAttributing an order to the advertisement that produced it and measuring the results of our campaigns. Used on campaign pages only.Google Ireland LimitedUp to 90 days for the click identifier; up to 24 months for other Google cookies

We do not use cookies to build a profile of your interests, and we do not sell the data they generate.

3. Third parties

The measurement tag described above is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the data as an independent controller for some purposes. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and change your advertising settings at myadcenter.google.com.

If in the future we add another measurement or advertising provider, this page is updated before the tool goes live.

4. Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off, because the site would not work without them. Cookies that are not strictly necessary can be refused or removed at any time. You can:

  • delete the cookies already stored, and block future ones, from the settings of your browser;
  • use your browser in private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when the window is closed;
  • switch off personalised advertising in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.

Blocking all cookies, including the strictly necessary ones, may stop parts of this website from working – for example an order form may not be able to confirm that it has been sent.

5. How to manage cookies in your browser

6. Personal data and cookies

Some of the identifiers described here are personal data. How we use them, on what legal basis and for how long is explained in our Privacy Policy, which also describes the rights you can exercise and how to complain to a supervisory authority.

7. Changes and contact

When the cookies used on this website change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Questions about this policy: info@viamercader.com.
