Viamercader is an online store operated by Nana lab s.r.l., a company registered in Turin, Italy. This page explains who we are, how an order is handled and how to reach us.
What we do
Viamercader is an online store for practical products for the home and the garden: heating and laundry appliances, kitchen equipment, cleaning and light garden tools, and guest bedroom items. We are not a marketplace and we do not host third-party sellers. Every order placed through this website is sold by Nana lab s.r.l., which is the party responsible towards you as a customer.
How we work
Each product is presented on its own page, with the description of what is included in the box, the price for your country, and the delivery terms. When you send a request through one of those pages, an adviser calls you back to confirm the delivery address, the availability, the delivery date and the total amount payable. Nothing is charged before that conversation, and you are free to stop at that point.
Orders are dispatched by national courier services. Where cash on delivery is available, you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. We tell you the delivery cost before the order is confirmed; we do not add charges afterwards.
What we choose not to do
- We do not make health or medical claims about the products we sell.
- We do not use countdown timers or invented stock counters to create pressure.
- We do not advertise a discount against a price that was never actually charged.
- We do not pass your telephone number or address to advertisers.
Where a product has a limitation, we prefer to write it on the product page. It costs us a few orders and it saves both sides a return.
Support
Customer support is handled in writing at info@viamercader.com. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you write about an existing order, please include the telephone number used for the order: it is how we find it.
